    I have just encountered ther rudest sales person, his name is Eloy. He was working the registers t the CVS store on FoothillBlvd. in Pomona. He did great his cusstomers or even offer a smile. When I informed him of his attitude he said, " OK". Then I asked "Are you a sales person or management?" To this he answered "Management". I asked in shock "Your management?" I answered, that's terrible you should treat your customers better. I then asked for his name and he replied it's on the receipt. Mr. Eloy should not be in management with that attitude. He just looked like he did not want to be there. I am surprised that he is working at this store, everyone that I have ever met there has always been so friendly and polite. Most of the other sales people great you as soon as you walk in the doors. I hope Mr. Eloy is transfered tof another store or retrained in customer service skills.

    Faulty system of medication reminder. Got a reminder text message that my medication is ready to be picked up - that it will be returned back to the shelf in 8 days. Went to pick it up the same day (after work) just to be told that I did not have a prescription ready. Apparently, my medications were returned to the shelf without a staff notifying me via telephone. It’s frustrating after a long commute from work; after waiting in line to be told that I did not have a prescription ready. The protocol is for the pharmacy to make a telephone notification before a prescription is returned to the shelf. When I questioned about the faulty notification system, I was given reasons why it was not done the way it’s supposed to happen which did not help my physically and mentally tired self around 8pm with no dinner yet...I just thought that acknowledgement of what had happened would help. I just requested my prescription to be filled and went on my way.
